Welcome to Steph Secrets Private Introductions Club ("the Club"). By submitting an application or becoming a member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About the Club

Steph Secrets Private Introductions Club is a private introductions service that aims to facilitate introductions between members seeking genuine, long-term relationships.

The Club is not a dating agency guaranteeing matches, introductions or relationships.

2. Eligibility

To apply for membership you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Be legally single or legally separated (unless otherwise disclosed and approved).

• Provide truthful and accurate information.

• Be genuinely seeking a committed, long-term relationship.

• Agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Club reserves the right to decline any application without providing detailed reasons.

3. Application Fee

The application fee is payable upon submission of your application.

The application fee covers the cost of reviewing, assessing and processing your application.

The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether your application is accepted or declined.

4. Membership Fee

If your application is approved, you will be invited to become a member upon payment of the annual membership fee.

Membership begins on the date payment is received and remains valid for twelve (12) months unless terminated earlier.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Our Service

Membership includes consideration for curated introductions where we believe compatibility may exist.

The Club will use reasonable care and professional judgement when considering introductions.

However, we do not guarantee:

• introductions

• any minimum number of introductions

• compatibility

• successful relationships

• marriage

• any particular outcome

All introductions remain entirely discretionary.

6. Introductions

No introduction will take place without the consent of both members.

Your personal contact details will never be shared with another member without your prior consent.

Either party may decline an introduction without explanation.

7. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• provide accurate information

• update the Club if their relationship status changes

• behave respectfully

• maintain confidentiality

• treat other members with courtesy

• communicate honestly

• comply with all Club policies

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members must not:

• harass other members

• send abusive or offensive communications

• misrepresent themselves

• provide false information

• use the Club for commercial purposes

• solicit money or investments from members

• engage in fraudulent activity

• share another member's confidential information without permission

The Club may suspend or terminate membership where these rules are breached.

9. Confidentiality

Members acknowledge that information obtained through the Club is confidential.

Information about another member must not be copied, shared, published or distributed without that person's express permission.

10. Privacy

By applying or becoming a member you consent to the Club collecting, storing and using your personal information for:

• processing your application

• administering your membership

• assessing compatibility

• facilitating introductions

• communicating with you regarding Club services

Personal information will only be shared with another member after obtaining your explicit consent.

11. Verification

The Club may request documentation or additional information to verify identity or other details where appropriate.

Failure to provide requested information may result in your application being declined or membership being suspended.

12. Member Safety

While we take reasonable steps to review applicants and protect members, we cannot guarantee the behaviour, honesty or intentions of any individual.

Members remain responsible for exercising their own judgement and taking appropriate precautions when communicating with or meeting another member.

The Club recommends:

• meeting initially in a public place

• informing a trusted friend or family member

• taking sensible personal safety precautions

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steph Secrets Private Introductions Club shall not be liable for:

• the conduct of any member

• statements made by members

• unsuccessful introductions

• relationship outcomes

• emotional distress arising from introductions

• financial loss resulting from relationships formed through the Club

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Termination

The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where a member:

• breaches these Terms

• behaves inappropriately

• provides misleading information

• poses a risk to other members

• damages the reputation or integrity of the Club

Membership fees will not normally be refunded following termination for breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to the Service

The Club may modify membership benefits, processes, pricing or services from time to time.

Members will be notified of any significant changes.

16. Intellectual Property

All Club materials, branding, documents and content remain the property of Steph Secrets Private Introductions Club and may not be reproduced without permission.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
